CELTIC SWORD
The Celts, who came from Asia and Greek areas, settled in central Europe, extending to the West and reaching the Iberian Peninsula. They admired their culture and for defense reasons they developed an art in war. They were managed by tribes or clans, settling marriages between them to form faithful and loyal groups to the same lord. From the Vikings they also learned to navigate and defend their territory.
Groups of Indo-Europeans, the Celts, from Europe begin to arrive in the peninsula (approximately 800 BC). They arrived before the Greeks and together with the Iberians, a cultural fusion was created.
They were the great masters of metal in ancient times, it was reflected in their quality weapons. The Romans adopted many weapons as a result of them. They used to use short swords, horseshoe daggers and antennae swords.
