Once the customer completes the entire purchasing process, the company begins to prepare the shipment of the products they have selected.

How do we ship the products?

To guarantee that the customer receives their products in perfect condition, the company, after receiving the order, processes it and proceeds to packaging each item, finally placing it in cardboard boxes suitable for safe transportation.

Immediately afterwards, we contact the relevant transport agency to proceed with your shipment.

We work with different transport companies to provide better service to our clients and thus optimize the shipping of their purchases, depending on the volume of the order they place and the place where it is going, whether national or international.

In addition, we have an express courier service, both for sales to individuals whose merchandise to be sent would be small in size and to distributors where the use of pallets is required. contracts insurance from the different agencies when making shipments to correct the different incidents that may arise, such as breakage, theft, etc.

What will be the amount I will have to pay for shipping my order?

The shipping price is calculated based on the origin and destination, the weight of the purchased products already packaged and, in some cases, their volume.

The exact price will be calculated when each item is included in the shopping cart and will appear on the page summarizing the purchase before confirming the order using "checkout" and before entering payment details to process the order.

Shipping costs may be modified at any time without prior notice. In any case, those shipping costs that appear at the time of placing the order will be valid.

As a guide, the cost of shipping is:

-Shipping to Spain (peninsula) and Portugal….. €6.

-Shipping to the Balearic Islands….. €9.

-Shipping to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla…..€29.

-Shipping to countries within the European Union…..€14.

How long will it take to receive my order?

The delivery time of orders will depend on the time the customer places it, as well as the transport company hired and its destination. Estimated delivery time ranges between 24 to 48 hours to Spain and between 5-7 days to Europe. If the payment method chosen by the customer when making their purchase is bank transfer, it may be delayed if they do not immediately provide the receipt with their details so that the company can verify that the payment has been made correctly. The client undertakes to enable the delivery of the requested order by providing an address where it can be received within the usual delivery hours of goods.

In the event of failure to comply with this obligation by the client, will not assume any responsibility for the delay or impossibility of delivery of said order requested by the client.

The deadlines indicated above are when the products are in stock at that time in our facilities. For information purposes, the approximate shipping time of each product from our facilities is indicated in a green box on the details of each product. If the product is in stock in our warehouses, the product sheet will indicate “Immediate Shipping”, with shipping being within 24 business hours. In the event that the product was not in stock and it had to be ordered from the manufacturer/supplier, the product sheet and within a green box would indicate the approximate delivery time from our facilities, this being between 1 and 2 weeks.

Return of products

All products purchased on our portal www., have a return period of 14 calendar days from the customer's receipt of the order.

There can be various cases where a customer decides to return the product they have purchased:

The customer receives it damaged due to transportation.

All items on leave the warehouse with the packaging in perfect condition. If the user externally observes damage when receiving the package, it is ESSENTIAL that they note it on the carrier's delivery note indicating, for example: “PACKAGE VISUALLY DAMAGED”. You will then have to notify within 24 hours of receipt.

The user must also IMPRESSIVELY provide the following images to claim damages to the transport company:

-Photographs of the outer packaging.

-Photographs of the interior packaging.

-Photographs of the damage to the merchandise.

-Photographs of the transport label.

The company will proceed to exchange it in the shortest possible time and will be responsible for the collection and subsequent shipping costs.

The customer is simply not satisfied.

If for any reason the customer is not satisfied with their purchase, they can return the product. In this case, once we receive the merchandise at our facilities along with the purchase invoice and we have verified that it contains its original packaging and is in perfect condition, we will proceed to refund the corresponding amount. The transportation costs of the first shipment and subsequent collection will be assumed by the client. This will have to contact within a maximum period of 14 days from receipt of the order, clearly telling us what the problem or reason for the return is. The company reserves the right not to accept exchanges or returns if it has not previously received any notification.

The content of the package does not match the merchandise requested by the customer. If the product the customer receives is not the one they purchased, they will have to notify the company within 24 hours. We will proceed to collect it and send the one that the client initially requested or the corresponding amount will be refunded if desired. will assume any extra transportation costs that may arise, as long as the product has not been used, altered or manipulated.

Shipping costs will only be refundable in the case of erroneous shipment or defective product.

Under no circumstances will accept freight collect shipments.
