Flat ring chainmail

These chain mail neck protections called standards were worn in late medieval times. FRM weave is a type of European flat ring chain mail. This chainmail fabric is made of flat rings with round rivets and dome-shaped rivet heads. There are alternating rows of pierced and riveted solid flat rings. We call this type of chain mail FRM (Flatring Round rivet-heads Mixed.) Details: Dimensions: approx. 36x27cm. Neck opening: approx. 15x14cm. Ring Inner Diameter: Approx. 8mm.
