Richard the Lionheart Sword
The sword of Richard the Lionheart. The traditional image of Richard the Lionheart, England´s second Plantagenet king, has been preserved over the centuries in a romantic version, like a glorious crusader and wandering knight. Richard received the title of Lionheart at the beginning of the third crusade, being compared Philip of France as a lamb and Richard as a lion.
