Bushido Tonbo Katana
Bushido Tonbo Katana handcrafted by famous blacksmiths from the Chinese province of Zhejiang in a village in the Longquan Mountains, using ancient traditional techniques. The Folded Steel blade is forged using the "pattern welded" system, and has a Rockwell hardness of 40-45 HRC and 35 HRC on the guard. The blade is sharp. The Tsuba and pommel are decorated with dragonflies, which for the samurai symbolized bravery, speed and courage, providing strength and speed to the soldiers. The tsuba, pommel and fuchi-kashira are made of aged brass. The hilt is made of genuine stingray. The scabbard is made of mottled copper-colored wood. Includes a cotton bag. Total length 103 cm.
