Roman Helmet Junior Size
Galea Junior, Roman legionary helmet for children made of steel and brass. This Roman soldier's helmet (also called a galea or cassis) is a simplified and scaled-down reproduction of a 3rd century AD Gallic Imperial helmet. Typical features of this particular type of helmet were (among others) the distinctive brows, frontal bolster, and Decorative circular brass rosette nubs. Real Roman soldiers never left camp without their helmets. Like the armor (lorica), the shield (scutum) and the short sword (gladius), the helmet was an essential piece of clothing for any brave legionnaire. This Roman helmet for small legionnaires is made of steel and adorned with brass fittings.
