Non Comissioned American Saber
This sword was used by American soldiers for more than 70 years; a period that included the Mexican War, the Civil War and the Spanish-American War. The single-edged blade has a wide channel from the ricasso to the tip. The whole handle is brass and the fist is edged. The fist is protected by a kidney-shaped hand guard. Made of high carbon steel.
