Viking Spectacled Helmet, 2mm Steel, with Plume and Aventail Chainmail
The Viking helmet features hinged, 12.5cm long cheek guards and shoulder-length chainmail, aventail protecting the neck. The mesh fabric consists of 1.2 mm thick steel rings with an inner diameter of approx. 9mm. The aventail is attached directly to the bottom edge of the helmet bowl. Material: 2mm steel, leather inlays, leather chin strap with brass buckle. Weight (with aventail and feather): approx. 3.1kg
